The site is designed to facilitate communication, information and idea sharing and deepen the existing relationship that women have with their various girlfriend groups and as such, encourages the disclosure of certain personal information by members to take full advantage of its communications facilities. About the Information We Collect and How We Use it

1.Become a Queen
To create your account as a registered beaQueen.com member, we will require you to choose a member ID (“Queen Name”) and password, and provide your e-mail address. We also ask you to provide certain personal information, such as: first and last name, home country and zip/postal code, gender and birth date. Your Queen Name is used to provide a unique account with which you can access beaQueen.com and you are provided with an area of the website which is called your Royal Profile. Only you and the other Queens in your Queen Groups will be able to view your profile.  Your Royal Profile is not accessible to the public.
Once you are a registered member of beaQueen.com and have set up your initial Royal Profile page you will have the opportunity to provide certain additional personal information at your discretion. beaQueen.con believes that by providing this additional personal information (such as; favorite color, favorite restaurant, favorite store/boutique, etc.) the Queens in your Queen Groups will be able to be better friends to you (and you to them) because they will have easy access to this type of information when they want to do something nice for you (and you for them).  Your e-mail address is used to identify you in our system, to contact you in connection with your activities on the Site (including, but not limited to, confirmation e-mails or important news affecting your relationship with beaQueen.com, as well as to gather feedback via surveys to enable us to improve our site according to your needs), and to forward messages to you from other beaQueen.com members. beaQueen.com will never knowingly share your personal information with any non-registered user of our site or third party company or person without your explicit consent.

2.Contacts' Information
Fundamental to the beaQueen.com experience is forming Queen Group and interacting with your various groups of girlfriends. When you invite your girlfriends to register for our site and join one of your Queen Groups, we will ask you to provide that person's name and e-mail address. We use this information to send them a personalize Royal Invitation to join beaQueen.com and the Queens Group you are forming.

3.Forming Queen Groups
Another important feature of beaQueen.com is your ability to create Queen Groups with your various groups of girlfriends. When you create a Queens Group, we ask you to provide information to identify the group, such as a unique group name.

4.Your Royal Profile Page
Your profile page will include certain mandatory information and other optional information about yourself. Only the other Queens in your Queen Groups will be able to see your profile information.
Providing certain profile information is optional; however it will enable the Queens in your Queen Groups to more effectively connect and interact with you and the other Queens in the group. We may use demographic information to tailor the Site to your interests, and also may share demographic information with advertisers on an anonymous and aggregated basis (i.e., without telling the advertisers your identity). One of the reasons we may do this is to increase the likelihood that our advertisers' goods and services will appeal to beaQueen.com's users, so that we may target specific ads at specific demographic groups. Our sharing of demographic information with advertisers is anonymous (i.e., we do not tell advertisers which particular BeaQueen.com users are members of which demographic groups), subject to the rest of this privacy policy.

5.Cookies and Log Files
